Installation Steps:
Step 1: Open the door completely or partially
Step 2: Remove the tail lights assembly
Step 3: Remove the sliding door rail cover.
Step 4: Use a jack to support the door.
Step 5: After removing the tail light assembly, locate the screws securing the sliding door rail cover.
Step 6: Remove these screws to detach the side sliding door rail cover.
Step 7: Loosen the screws with a wrench and take out the old rollers.
Step 8: Replace the steel bearing. You may use a small hammer to gently tap it into place, or lightly grind the edge of the shaft to help the bearing fit smoothly.
NOTE:
This product includes door holders, eliminating the need to reuse the old rollers.
Do not pry the sides of the taillight assembly during removal. Doing so may cause it to crack or break.
Support the door when removing the old roller assembly.
Make sure to switch off the sliding door control on the drivers side panel before starting installation.
Installing this product can be tricky, and no manual is included. We recommend professional installation for best results.
