The fan makes noise?
The machine needs to replace a new fan. Please send message to us. You can also replace a 4010 axial fan with 12V, R5000 rpm, cable length 350mm, 20AWG, 2pin and XH 2.54 male terminal.
The screen appears Eerror?
This is caused by a damaged thermistor on the motherboard. The machine needs to replace a motherboard and heating board. Please send message to us.
Machine does not run or shuts down on its own?
It is a high probability that the motherboard damage caused by the failure, but there may be other reasons. It is recommend to send message to us directly and provide us a video description for judgement.
The machine cannot be turned on?
1. Please check whether the indicator light of the adapter on after plugging in the power.
2. Please provide us a video of the machine motherboard not lighting up after power on for judgment. We need more information to draw a conclusion.
