For cooking mode, set above 180°F; for smoke mode, set below 180°F with P-shift (P0-P9). Ensures rock-solid stability and minimizes pellet consumption.
FAULT DETECTION & NORMAL OPERATION: Continuous monitoring with instant alerts for electrical anomalies. Bypass Mode for specific load faults (critical faults like ignition TIMEOUT or RTD ERROR cannot be bypassed). A gentle puffing sound during operation is normal the system is efficiently regulating the fan and auger for optimal performance.
