Important Charging & Installation Tips Phone cases must be 4 mm thick or less for reliable wireless charging. Metal plates, magnets, card holders, and pop sockets may interfere with charging. A QC 3.0 car charger, sold separately, is required for full fast-charging performance. Install the suction cup on a clean, smooth, flat surface. Avoid curved, fabric-covered, genuine leather, waxed, or heavily textured dashboards. After installation, wait 30 minutes before placing your phone on the mount. In extreme heat, air-vent mounting is recommended.
