CPE812 is a 4G LTE router suitable for home / office /service industry, which can access the Internet through UMTS / HSPA /LTE. How to Log in web interface?
log in web UI 192.168.10.1, and see web interface show work mode signal and IP address. then click 3G/4G setup, Here we must remove the check mark "auto select 3G / 4G ISP, it will activate the ability to enter the fields below. ,choose Users Defined,then Write correct APNAPN confirm from SIM Card provider then the "APPLY" button
How to change wifi ssid name and password?
Find Wireless -Basic -SSID(revise SSID) then apply . then security - WPA-PSK Key (revise) then apply.
Why 4G signal is not good ?
Please confirm that you have choose 4G only and 4G signal is good in your place.
if your sim cardsupport therouter network band ,also have update APN APN seting should be fromOperator) ,but still not work ,please confirm
1. The sim card is an IoT card .
2. The sim card have limited service ,not work with router or hotspot .
3. APN not correct .
4. Not support roaming service.
5. Some place did not cover the network Frequency band.
Network Frequency : if connect thesim card provider but without internet service ,need update APN, ifhave problem please contact seller
