How do I top up the data plan?
Scanning the Q*R code on the package or under the back panel of the machine will allow you to recharge directly.
What to do if the signal is unstable and the network will be interrupted?
Please follow the user manula to log in to the GUI interface. After successfully logging in to the GUI interface, click on the Mobile field, and then switch from 4G AUTO to 4G ONLY.
What if there's no internet?
Please check if your hotspot has any remaining data allowance. If you still cannot access the internet despite having remaining data, please contact After-sales Support.
