Solution to the connection failure
- First, restart your router: Unplug your home WiFi router from the power cord. Wait about 10-15 secondsthen plug the power cord back in to allow the router to fully restart.
- Check your WiFi name and password: Your WiFinetwork name (SSID) and password should not contain any special characters(e.g.,!@#$%&*).
- Get closer to the router: Ensure you are not too farfrom your WiFi router. For the strongest signal, try connecting very close to the router. Ideally, maintain a range of 5-15 meters(16-49 feet).
- Try using a different network: If possible, switch to a different Wi-Fi network. You can also try using your phone's mobile hotspot as a Wi-Fi source.
- Reset your camera aftereach failed attempt: If network setup fails, you must completely reset the camera each time. After resetting, wait 1-2 minutes for it to fully restart before trying to set it up again.
