Mount the camera vertically upward to prevent rain or snow from entering the device. Also, install it no higher than 16 feet from the ground for optimal motion detection and to ensure the alarm system functions properly.

The camera only supports 2.4GHz WiFi during setup. Please do not use a 5GHz WiFi connection.

The camera only works with the Home V app. Please download and use this app for setup and daily operation.
