Is this a WiFi camera?
No. This is a wired analog (HD-TVI) surveillance camera. It requires a direct connection via coaxial cable to ZOSI 1080P/5MP/4K Wired DVR system for both video and power. It cannot connect to WiFi.
Is this camera compatible with existing Zosi DVR systems?
It is compatible with many ZOSI DVR systems. please verify that your ZOSI DVR's firmware is updated to version 1.8.0 or higher prior to purchase.
Does it have two-way audio?
No. This camera supports incoming audio only (listening) via its microphone. It does not support outgoing audio (speaking) as there is no speaker.
Is this wired camera compatible with other brand DVRs?
No, this camera is only compatible with Zosi DVR systems. It will not work with other brand DVRs or with Zosi NVRs.
I connected the camera, but there's no sound. Why?
