Q1:Why does the HDMI interface not work properly?
A: First make sure your device supports video output, then make sure your HDMI is firmly plugged into the HDMI port, and finally try to replace the host device/HDMI cable/DP cable for testing.
Q2: Why is the video signal interrupted?
A: Signal interruption is usually caused by the computer screen resolution and refresh rate is not suitable, the refresh rate of the input device is best to keep the same with the output device.
Q3: The video output cannot reach 4k?
A: The final resolution performance of HDMI output depends on the resolution supported by your device. (The video output will be 4K only if your device and hdmi cable support 4K resolution)
