This internal motherboard adapter converts legacy USB2.0 9-pin front panel header to USB3.1/3.2 Type-E 20Pin A-Key socket, allowing you to connect chassis front panel USB-C Type-E cables to motherboards without native 20Pin USB3.x headers.
