How to connect the camera with APP? Does the Indoor Camera C2U support 5GHz Wi-Fi?
Please download "CINMOORE" APP, use the APP to scan the code on the camera's bottom,then connect to Wi-Fi. This camera support 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi but not 5Ghz Wi-Fi.
Do I need to pay extra for this camera?
This camera supports up to 256GB memory card (purchased separately), All AI recognition features are free, and we offer a 1-month free cloud storage. After the free period, cloud storage requires additional payment.
How does motion tracking work? Will it follow my pet or baby when they move?
The camera auto-tracks motion across a 360° view and sends instant phone alerts when motion, people, pet or sounds are detected.
My camera’s pan and tilt aren’t moving smoothly. Any fixes?
It has an auto-calibration feature to fix this, Open the app, go to Settings > Lens Control > PTZ Calibration. This recalibrates the motor for smoother movement.
I am moving the camera to another place. How shall I do?
Please reset the camera and re-pair it after relocation. To reset, gently tilt the lens upward to locate the reset button.
