Warm Tips:
1. It is normal that get heat during use or charging.
2. Please charge the wifi camera for 6-7 hours before use. Low battery may cause connection failure or the mini camera is offline.
3. About live video, the spy cam with 4K high resolution, the image for the app would delayed sometimes due to the high data throughput. You could set the spy cam to 1080P if need. But it is 1080P/640P saved in the SD Card.
4. The wifi spy camera supports 4K and 1080P living streaming. To save the space of the SD card, the videos resolution saved in the card is 640P when you select 1080P and the video resolution saved in the SD card is 1080P when you select 4K by default.
5. Please do not pull the lens forcibly. Damaged lens will cause the video to fail to load or the color of the picture will be abnormal. If the lens is damaged, you need to order the lens yourself and replace it.
6. The hidden nanny cam only compatiable with IOS/Android phone, Not compatiable with PC/Tablet.
7. The spy hidden cam is NO Night Vision, it is not suggested use at night.

FAQ:
Q1: Why I can not connect to wifi?
A: 1. This wireless spy camere only support 2.4GHz Wi-Fi (5GHz is not supported). If you use a simultaneous dual-band router that support separate 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz WiFi networks at the same time. It may be automatically switched to 5GHz and the spy cam could disconnenct. Please set the frequency of the router into 2.4GHz in advance.
2. The Wi-Fi password may be incorrect, please check again whether it is correct.
3. Low battery could not connect with wifi successfully, please charge the wireless hidden camera about 2 hour.
4. Turning off "Location"/"Local Network"/"Wireless Data" permissions may cause app on your device to lose functionality. Be sure turn these permissions on when connecting wifi.
5. AP Mode connecting, the distance between spy cam and phone should be within 3 meters. Wi-Fi Mode connecting, the distance between the spy camera wireless hidden and the home router should be within 5 meters, and within 3 meters to obtain the best connection effect.
6. Please reset the mini spy camera and try connect again if there is no problem about the above 1-5 points.

Q2. How to record without wifi (SD Card Recording)?
A: 1. Firstly, connect the hotspot of this hidden mini camera(AP Mode) to check real time video within10 meters valid distance.
2. Secondly, After configured AP Mode, insert card into the hidden spy cam and then it will start recording. (Video time automatically syncs the correct time when wifi mini cam paired with the App).
Q3. How to connect the power supply:
A: 1. The First charing method: Connect the camera to the external battery. And plug your spy camera into power supply with charging cable in the package. (Charging while Recording)
2. The Second charing method: Plug your spy camera into power supply with charging cable in the package directly.
