How to Properly Wear Your Heating Pad?

Adjust the four Velcro straps to fit the size of your arm.
Before wearing it, take the elastic band, open the Velcro, and thread it through the buckle on the back and secure it firmly.
Put your arm and shoulder inside the heating pad, guide the elastic strap under your opposite arm, thread it through the front buckle, adjust the length for a comfortable fit, and fasten securely.
