Is the fabric soft or slippery?
The ice-silk top is smooth and cool-to-touch but not slick; the textured base keeps the whole mat firmly in place.
Does it work well on carpet?
Yes—the snowflake non-slip base grips carpet, tile, and hardwood. On carpet, leave a little airflow underneath (don't push flat against a wall) for best cooling.
Will it still stay cool after I wash it?
