2.4GHz Wi-Fi Only + Placement Requirements Supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks only (not compatible with 5GHz). For stable connection, keep the gateway within 16 ft (5 m) of your Wi-Fi router and within 6.5 ft (2 m) of the WeHere key box.
