FAQ – Product Not Working?
Q: Some recent customers said the product won’t turn on. What’s the reason?
A: Almost all cases were caused by using PD-only USB-C cables/chargers. Our device requires the QC (Quick Charge) protocol.
Q: How to solve it?
- Use the Original Cable included.
- Or use any QC-compatible USB charger/cable.(QC cables are usually USB-A on one end and USB-C on the other).
- Do NOT use A-p-p-le USB-C cables (PD only).

Scanning slides and negative film with a light box may bring you more fun. All you need is a light source, mobile phone, or camera.
Light Source: If you do not have many slides and negative film, we recommend you use your mobile phone, computer, or iPad screen with white background as the backlight. If you have a lot of slides and films, and have high demands on color temperature and color rendering, our light pad is a great choice.
High Color Render Index
Our light box uses specially customized led lamp beads with 5600K±200K color temperature and high color render index >95Ra(measured data 98.6Ra). The natural white light illuminates your slide and negative film but does not add extra warm or cold color shade.

Ultra Thin with Large Active Area
This light pad is ONLY 0.26 inches thick. Active area 12”x8.3”, the large surface makes it more efficient to convert negatives, films, and slides into images with a phone/camera (up to 20 slides at one time).
Stepless Brightness Control(0~100%) with Memory Function
- Touch the button ONCE to turn on/off the light pad
- Hold the press of the button to adjust the brightness continually, and release it till you get the ideal brightness.
This light pad can smartly memorize the last brightness you use.
Even and Bright Lightness with Eye Protection Function
- This light box adopts a double-sided LED light design, providing brighter and more even lightness than other one-side light boxes. The Flicker-Free LED helps relieve visual fatigue in long time usage.
- Eye Protection Function: According to the blue light test report, our light box is RG0.
Note: This light box is designed to use with the naked eye, and the max brightness is very bright. But if you are looking for high-intensity lights for the camera, this light pad may not meet your requirements.
