AJMRTC projector color wheel sensor board is a professional optical repair PCB designed for MP513, MP512 ST, MP515 ST and MP522 ST projectors. This sensor board detects the rotating speed and phase position of the color wheel and sends feedback signal to the projector mainboard.
When the original sensor board fails, common symptoms include projector refusing to boot, automatic shutdown after startup, rainbow artifacts, color disorder and abnormal colorwheel rotation. This replacement sensor board keeps the same connector, wiring and mounting structure as original parts for convenient replacement.
Power off the projector and wait for full cooling before disassembly. Avoid touching the optical sensing component. Position calibration is necessary after installation to ensure synchronization between color wheel and DMD chip. Please doublecheck your projector model number before purchase.
