This charging pad is specifically designed for devices with magnetic wireless charging, for iPhone 12 and later models. Unfortunately, it is not compatible with Android phones.

You should use a Magsafe case or charge without a phone case for efficient charging. Avoid cases thicker than 4 mm and non-magnetic cases.
What’s the metal box in the cable? It gets warm during charging, is it safe?
Inside this metal box in the cable is the wireless charger's PCB/Motherboard. This design separates the PCB and wireless charging coils, which greater spreads out the heat of charging; resulting in increased charging efficiency.
Why is wireless charging not working with my phone?
- Make sure you are using a compatible adapter, PD 18W and above fast car charger or wall adapter (INCLUDED).
- Make sure you are charging a iPhone 15/14/13/12.
