The iTap 3 Magnetic Dash & Windshield Mount is a compact, but powerful phone holder that utilizes magnets for a seamless mounting experience. The iTap 3 is MagSafe compatible while also featuring an included magnetic ring adapter that attaches to the back of any non-MagSafe phone or case for universal compatibility. Featuring ten sets of heat-resistant N52 magnets that firmly grip your phone, the iTap 3 ensures your device stays securely mounted, even on rough roads. Firmly attach the iTap 3 to both dashboards and windshields via a super strong, reusable suction cup base with sticky gel formula. Adjust the mount to find your perfect viewing angle thanks to a rotating ball joint that tilts and pivots between landscape and portrait mode for ultimate flexibility. Flexible Mounting
The iTap 3 features an adjustable telescopic arm that extends from 4-6.75” and pivots on a 260* arch allowing for myriad mounting positions on both dashboards and windshields. Dashboard pad included.
Adjustable Viewing
It’s easy to find your ideal viewing position thanks to the versatile ball joint that tilts, swivels, and rotates between landscape and portrait mode.
Magnetic Ring Included
Includes the iOttie Magnetic Adapter Ring which installs on the back of any Non-MagSafe phone or case via powerful 3M adhesive. Once installed, the ring can be removed, but not repositioned.
Installing your iTap 3 Dash & Windshield Mount
Step 1
Wipe the surface of your dashboard to remove any dust or debris. Connect the magnetic mounting plate to the dashboard base by loosening the cradle knob and attaching the plate to the rotating ball joint. Once connected, tighten the cradle knob to secure the mounting face.
Step 2
If mounting on the dash, attach the dashboard pad by removing the film and pressing firmly. For a secure hold, wait at least 20 minutes before attaching the mounting base. To connect the mounting base, lift the locking lever at the bottom of the mount, peel of the film on the bottom of the suction cup, and press firmly in your desired mounting location. Once attached, lower the locking lever to secure the mount in place. *To avoid damage, we recommend mounting the iTap 3 on the windshield if you have a leather dashboard.
Step 3
Mount your phone, and you're ready to go! Note: If using an Android device or older iPhone model, please install the included magnetic ring adapter before mounting your phone.

How did we get our start?
It all began back in 2010. Smartphones were just starting to take off and navigation apps were becoming a part of everyday life. The concept was simple, but innovative: design a product that makes navigating on your smartphone while driving safer and easier. From this novel idea came a line of best-selling car mounts.
What makes our products unique?
All of our products are designed from the ground up by our team of engineers in New York City. By treating each new product as a work of art, we hope to change the way people interact with and feel about tech accessories.
Give Chances is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing learning enrichment opportunities to children living in underserved communities. At iOttie, we donate a portion of every sale to Give Chances. By helping one child at a time, we hope to create a brighter future for everyone
