The XGZP164 pressure sensor is suitable for pressure sensors in biomedicine, flow measurement, industrial control and other fields. Its core part is a silicon piezoresistive pressure sensitive chip processed by MEMS technology. The front and back sides of the pressure sensitive chip experience different pressures through the pressure nozzle, thereby forming a pressure difference, and generating a voltage signal proportional to the pressure difference.
The XGZPI64 pressure sensor is packaged in a standard SOP8 form, which is convenient for users to install by surface mount; the side air nozzle is suitable for structures that require space height.
Good linearity, repeatability and stability, high sensitivity, convenient for users to debug and compensate for output and temperature .
