SATA to USB 3.0 Adapter Cable - 5Gbps UASP Accelerated for 2.5"/3.5" HDD/SSD - DC Power Port Included, Plug and Play, Compatible with Windows/Mac/Linux
- Universal 2.5"/3.5" SATA HDD & SSD Compatibility Effortlessly connect 2.5/3.5 inch SATA hard drives or solid-state drives to any PC/laptop for instant data transfer, backup, or drive migration. Reuse old SATA drives as portable external storage in seconds, maximize your drive utilization.
- Clear Power Supply Requirements (Critical for Stable Use) 3.5" SATA HDDs: Must use 12V/2A external power adapter (DC 12V 2A, 5.5×2.5mm plug) for sufficient power; 2.5" HDDs/SSDs: Directly powered by USB 3.0 port (USB 2.0 not recommended for large-capacity/old HDDs to avoid power failure).
- 5Gbps Super Fast USB 3.0 Transfer with UASP Acceleration Blazing-fast data transfer speeds up to 5Gbps (10x faster than USB 2.0), supports UASP protocol for SSDs to reduce latency and boost transfer efficiency. Fully backward compatible with USB 2.0/1.1 for universal use.
- True Plug & Play, No Enclosure Needed No driver installation, no external hard drive enclosure required. Simply plug the SATA drive to the adapter and access files instantly. Ultra-convenient for on-the-go data work, lightweight and portable design.
- Stable & Reliable Performance (Worry-Free Use) SSDs work flawlessly with any USB port (no power issues); 3.5" HDDs may experience power limits with USB 2.0 (normal, not a product defect). For optimal performance, always use a stable 12V power supply for 3.5" hard drives compatible with Windows, Mac OS, Linux systems.

Important Power Supply Notice
- For 3.5" HDDs: Requires a 12V external power adapter. USB ports alone cannot provide enough power. Without extra power, the drive may not spin or be recognized.
- For 2.5" HDDs: Works best with USB 3.0 ports (up to 900mA). When connected to USB 2.0 ports (max 500mA), some high-capacity or older HDDs may fail to start, disconnect randomly, or not be recognized. If this occurs, please switch to a USB 3.0 port or use a 12V external power supply.
- SSD drives can be powered directly via USB and do not require additional power.
- These issues are due to power limitations, not product defects. Thank you for your understanding and support.
- DC power adapter not included you must provide your own.
