This dual mSATA conversion bridge board is specially designed to reuse two mSATA Mini-SATA SSDs, converting dual mSATA storage modules into a standard 2.5-inch SATA hard disk unit that can be installed inside any 2.5-inch external SATA enclosure with USB 3.0 Type-C output.
Three switchable hardware working modes satisfy different usage scenarios: RAID 0 mode stripes two mSATA SSDs to boost overall read and write speed for high-speed file transmission and video editing; JBOD mode identifies two SSDs as separate independent disks for classified data storage; BIG Span mode combines two drives into one single large logical volume to maximize total storage space.
Adopting USB 3.0 high-speed transmission standard with reversible Type-C port, it delivers stable 5Gbps bandwidth for fast large file backup and data migration. The circuit board strictly follows the standard size of 2.5-inch hard drives, no customized brackets required during assembly. Gold-plated contact pins reduce signal attenuation and poor contact failures for long-term stable daily use.
Notice: This adapter only supports SATA mSATA SSDs and does not work with M.2 NVMe / SATA B+M key solid state drives. It runs perfectly on Windows, macOS and mainstream Linux systems without complicated driver installation. It is a cost-effective solution for building portable external storage, making mobile backup hard drives and recycling idle old mSATA SSDs.
