12MP BSI CMOS Sensor & TruePic VIII Processor
Utilizing a 12MP BSI CMOS sensor and TruePic VIII image processor, the TG-7 delivers brilliant stills and videos with rich colors. Both sides of the image sensor's sealing glass have an antireflective coating that reduces flaring, which commonly occurs when shooting in conditions that have snow, dust, or sand. The sensor's BSI design coupled with a f/2 maximum aperture ensure cleaner image quality at higher ISO values.

The TG-7's Field Sensor System includes GPS, a manometer, a compass, and a thermometer allowing you to record important data about your environment and include it in your photos and videos. Easily transfer your recorded data and imagery to a mobile device using built-in Wi-Fi. In addition to wireless transfer, the built-in Wi-Fi also allows you to remotely control the camera.
