Why does it leak?
Keep water below the MAX line. Make sure the cup and lid are locked, and place the unit on a flat surface. Do not tilt or move it while running.
Why is the drying slow?
The dryer uses airflow only, not heat. Thick or dense brushes may need extra drying time. Shake off excess water before using the drying function.
Why does my brush not fit?
The holder is designed mainly for small to medium slim-handle brushes. Extra-large, thick-handle, or double-ended brushes may not fit.
Why are my brushes still dirty?
