Once each cooking cycle is completed, the cooker will automatically switch to Keep Warm mode so there's no need for monitoring or stirring. With our unique Spanish Rice function, fry up or sauté ingredients on high heat then once liquid is added, the unit will automatically switch to simmer mode. With the included steam rack and Steam function, you'll be able to enjoy steamed vegetables, meats and more in no time flat.
