I have to ask, nowhere does it say it includes the power cord. I assume it does but there are similar items that state "no power cord". Does it come with a power cord?

It does come with the connector to plug the unit into an AC outlet.  The LAN connection goes in one port and the device needing POE goes in the other.

Question 2

Have to power a 24V wireless AP 250' from house but 24V POE didn't work unless powered by AC at the AP.  My plan is to run a 48V POE at the house to an Engenius 48V to 24 V converter at the AP.  Will this work for that?

OK that sounds interesting. This should supply the Voltage, but this device supplies 24 watts. I’m not fimiliar with a POE power converter. Check the Watts needed by the AP and u can do a math calculation to figure out about how much watts u will end up with after 48v/24w is converted to 24v. (But honestly I would call Ubiquiti support and ask them before I bought anything)

Question 3

Im installing IP POE Security Cameras that will need  POE injector to run short CAT5e to injector then out to a small 4 port switch, in. With two IP Cameras both running short CAT5e cables to the Switch, Then out to a WAP input and out 3 stories down to an NVR and Router.
 These Cameras run on 12VDC 1Amp each. will this POE injector work for these cameras ?

Not knowing the make/model/brand of camera I am not sure, but most likely yes, these will work. You will need one injector for each camera and it must be between the camera and the switch. Nothing, including the switch, should be between the cameras and the injectors.

Yes, actually you need the 48V for any of the Pro stuff. The better solution is to get a POE+ Switch, but this is the less expensive option.
