The TCL wesite for Series 3 indicates the maximum resolution is 1366 x 768, but here it says 1920 x 1080. Which is correct?

Sorry you are correct - I was just searching for Series 3 on TCL's website and did not notice the difference between this model, 32S327, and the 32S325 I arrived at on the website.

Is this TV able to be mounted on the wall?

I mounted mine on the wall. The television is pretty light, so it doesn't require much in the way of mounting hardware. I paid less than $20, and it only had 2 bolts to drill into the wall.
