The film "A Certain Substance" focuses on the appearance anxiety of middle-aged women. It tells the story of middle-aged weight loss program host Elizabeth who, in order to avoid being fired, clones a younger and more flawless replica Su by injecting "a certain substance" to replace herself as the host.
