No subscription needed. Each device gets 1,200 AI minutes for transcription and full-quality summaries, resetting on the 1st monthly. No daily limit, use all 1,200 in one week. Unused minutes don't carry over. Extra Minute packs are optional.
What happens if I run out of minutes? Does regenerating a summary use more?
Minutes reset on the 1st each month. wait, or buy an optional Extra Minute pack. Each summary generation uses minutes, including re-summarizing with another model or template. To refine without using minutes, export to Notion and use its AI tools.
Can it record without my phone? How do recordings get to the app?
Yes. Hold the button for one second and it records on its own, no phone needed. Files transfer to the OLZO app over Bluetooth when you reconnect, or Wi-Fi Fast Transfer for large files. Interrupted transfers resume where they stopped.
Is my audio uploaded to the cloud? Is it used to train AI models?
Transcription runs in the cloud, that's what frontier AI models require.Audio is encrypted in transit with HTTPS/TLS 1.2, and recordings live on yourdevice and phone, not in a cloud library. OLZO never uses your data to train AI models.
Can it record phone calls or online meetings like Zoom?
Not phone calls directly. For a call or online meeting, put your phone or laptop on speaker and place OLZO NOTE next to it,the dual ECM mics pick up both sides from up to 20 ft (6 meters) away.
