PE4165-4I is a high performance, low dielectric loss factor interface conversion card designed for PCIe 4.0 U. 2 SSD. It connects NVMe SSD or PCIe connectors via SlimSAS connector (SFF-8654). The bandwidth of the card is the bandwidth that the PCIe slot of the motherboard can support.
The Motherboard with CPU and BIOS needs to support bifurcation to ensure PCIe x16 link width to bifurcate two x8 link width or four x4 link width for NVMe SSD, Otherwise this card can only support PCIe x16 link width.
