Please note that a minimum of two (2) SYBTU2-PLP battery modules must be replaced at the same time. Replacing a single module is not supported and will not allow the UPS to operate correctly.
For best performance and reliability, it is recommended to replace an entire row (four (4) battery modules) at one time.
Do not mix new and old battery modules within a pair or row. Mixing battery ages or conditions will cause both modules to degrade prematurely, reducing battery life and compromising the reliability of the UPS system.
Minimum replacement: 2 battery modules (one pair)
Recommended replacement: 4 battery modules (one complete row)
