Wiring Procedure: (1) Capture the row of wires connected to each section of the battery to ensure that the row of wires is effectively connected. Ensure that at the plug end of the cable, a single potential sequence is increasing or decreasing in sequence. The order of potentials is consistent with the order of potentials of the sockets at the end of the protection board and the potentials are one-to-one correspondence. (2) Solder the B- lead of the protection board to the total negative B- of the battery pack. Ensure that the welding point is firm and reliable and has good conductive characteristics, and that the alignment position is free from possible hidden dangers such as extrusion and friction, and that the alignment is smooth and short. Avoid solder, easily conductive objects or leads falling into, sticking to or touching the protection board. (3) Match the plug of the cable with the socket of the protection board. First, finish soldering the B- lead of the protection board to the total negative B- of the battery pack, and then dock the plug of the row of wires to the socket of the protection board.
Ensure that the connection between the plug of the row of wires and the socket of the protection board is in place, that no electrically charged objects or leads come into contact with the protection board, and that fixing measures are taken. (4) B+ and C- are connected to the positive and negative terminals of the charging connector respectively. Ensure that in the process of soldering the connection, do a good job of isolation of other leads to avoid short-circuit occurs. The battery pack voltage of the output interface and charging interface tested is consistent with the battery pack voltage, the correct polarity and the correct wiring position.
