1. Clean bar code print head
Turn off the power of the barcode printer, turn the barcode printing head up, remove the ribbon and label paper, and gently wipe the barcode printing head with a cotton swab (or cotton cloth) soaked in a little barcode printing head cleaning solution until it is clean. Then gently dry the barcode print head with a clean cotton swab.

2. Cleaning of rollers
After cleaning the bar code printing head, clean the drum with a cotton swab (or cotton cloth) soaked with a little 75% alcohol. The method is to turn the drum with the hand, while scrubbing, to be clean, dry. The cleaning interval of the above two steps is generally three days once, if the bar code printer is used frequently, it is best to once a day.

3. Clean the transmission system and chassis
Because the general label paper is self-adhesive, its adhesive is easy to stick to the transmission shaft and channel, coupled with dust, which directly affects the printing effect, so it needs to be cleaned often. Generally, once a week, the method is to use alcohol soaked cotton swab (or cotton cloth) to scrub each shaft of the transmission, the surface of the channel and the dust inside the chassis, clean, dry.

4. Clean the sensor
The sensor includes the color belt sensor and label sensor. See the instruction manual for its position. Generally, it is cleaned once every month to three months.

Scratches on the print head: many customers respond that the newly bought print head has scratches, so they think it is not a brand new product. To determine whether a print head is new, should be based on the state of the heat sensitive parts, this is because the heat sink and circuit protection of the bar code print head are mostly made of soft aluminum alloy, these parts are easy to produce scratches in the storage and production process. If the printing head newly bought from our company is scratched in the part of the thermosensitive film, you can immediately return or exchange, the company is responsible for the postage; If there are only scratches on the heat sink and protection sheet, please communicate with customer service staff. If it is unacceptable, you can apply for replacement or refund.

2. Query questions about the official website: the serial number can be queried on the official website of the print head produced by the manufacturer within six months, but cannot be queried beyond the six-month period of production. It takes a certain amount of time from the manufacturer to the agent, to the supplier, and to the end user, so sometimes the six-month period will be exceeded! If you have requirements, you can explain to customer service in advance and arrange the warehouse to send out oh!
