VIVO Height Adjustable Treadmill Desktop Riser, Laptop Desk for Treadmills

The VIVO Height Adjustable Treadmill Desktop Riser is a 29.5 × 11-inch laptop workstation that straps over compatible treadmill handlebars, making it suitable for people who want to work or browse while walking. Its height adjusts from 1.8 to 13.9 inches, and it supports laptops up to 11 pounds.

Recommended For

• Remote or home-office workers with a compatible treadmill who want to walk at a gentle pace while checking email, reading, or handling other light laptop tasks.
• People who already own a treadmill and want a removable laptop surface for occasional walk-and-work sessions rather than a permanent treadmill-desk setup.
• Users who mainly need a broad, single-level place to rest a laptop or tablet while walking, and do not need a separate keyboard-and-mouse tier.
• Households or shared workspaces where different users need to adjust the desktop height for their treadmill walking sessions.

Real-World Use Scenarios

• During a home-office catch-up block, a user can walk slowly while reading email or reviewing online material, turning otherwise seated screen time into light movement.
• For routine tasks such as short emails, basic data entry, or checking messages, a user can try a slow walking pace; detailed typing and precise mouse work may be less comfortable or accurate while moving.
• During a webinar or a meeting where the user is mostly listening, the riser can keep a laptop accessible for following along while walking; an off-camera, muted setup may be less distracting than walking while presenting.
• For online training, research, or reading work documents, a user can walk while taking in information on the laptop, then pause or step off if movement makes concentrated reading uncomfortable.
• A remote worker can use the riser for short walking periods between seated or precision-heavy work blocks, making it a way to add movement during the workday rather than a replacement for every desk task.
