Does this come with the magic remote? I read someone that said his did not come with this remote...

Mine came with a AN-MR400K Magic Remote (Look at the LG web site for AN-MR400 or http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16880011004&cm_re=AN-MR400-_-80-011-004-_-Product ). The one we got has a silver face.

Is this smart tv easy to use and do u get the voice activated remote?

Yes it's very easy to use and you do get the voice activated remote. My only complaint about the TV is the sensitivity of the buttons on the remote. Many times I've been watching Netflix and set the remote on my lap and as soon as I get up it goes back to the menu screen. Besides this the TV is great and VERY easy to hook up. Would def recommend.

I was wondering since this is a refurbished item, what is the warranty on this TV?

I'd double-check with Newegg to see if they know, but I think it has LG's standard 1-year warranty. I called LG to ask after we got it. After I gave them the serial # they said it was covered, but I don't know if LG knew it was refurbished.

Did the LG 47LN5750 come with the Magic Remote?

I'm thinking about buying the refurbished TV and it looks like the Magic (voice activated etc) remote is included but I wanted to be sure.
