On these slim profile HDTVs the speakers are built in to the rear of the cabinet.  They sound fabulous and work very well in small rooms.

Does this brand have a Plex application?

This TV uses the Yahoo! connected TV software. Plex does not come preloaded, and I don't see it when browsing the app store: connectedtv dot yahoo dot com

It does offer the ability to stream movies / pictures / music from a UPnP device like the PS3, or some NAS enclosures.

I purchased a refurb unit and it does come with a remote. It may be different if you are purchasing an open box item

since this Doesn't come with remote ,what Vizio
remote should I get if I order this TV?

Yes, the TV does come with a remote, but the one I have is NOT DLNA compliant or compatible. I CANNOT read files on my networked PC's although I can see the files, I cannot play them. The remote it comes with is ok, but a cheap Harmony 300 or 600 series would be better.

Moreover, the screen shows some blocks which indicates the refurbishment was less than successful. I'm looking for a replacement that is DLNA compliant so that I can use my Silicondust HDHomeRun Prime wirelessly.

While it may work rather well with the services (HULU, Netflix, etc.) it hosts natively, I don't use those and since it can't read the files it sees on my network it's useless to me.

I am looking at the E320I, but what does the other 2 digits after mean? Example: A0 or B1?

I'm pretty sure that the A series means it's from 2013 and B means 2014 and then the 0, 1, 2, etc has to do with added features.

Is there a warrenty?  What was wrong with it?

Mine came with a 90 day manufacturer warranty as well as the 30 day Newegg return policy.  The TVs can be anything from a manufacturer repair to a demo model, and sometimes even a return because someone didn't want it (it wasn't broken).  My TV has a few minor scuffs on the screen, but only if I looked really close and at the right angle for the light to hit it.  Hasn't been a problem and the only thing I've seen was my Wii came up black and white on the RCA input once (it used the Green from the component as the yellow for composite, and I've seen this problem on Samsungs as well).  My solution was to by a Wii HDMI converter and not use the composite RCA connector.  Component setup does not have this problem.
