No worries! Just take the USB receiver (found under the mouse), connect it to the included USB-C adapter, and plug it into your device’s USB-C port.
Are batteries included? Can I charge it?
This set runs on batteries (not rechargeable), and yes—they’re already included, so you can start using it straight out of the box.
The keyboard or mouse isn't working—what should I try?
Try resetting the connection: unplug the receiver and remove the batteries. Then plug the receiver back in and reinsert fresh batteries within 10 seconds. Also check that the batteries are installed correctly.

Absolutely. Either device will work on its own as long as the shared USB receiver is connected to your device.
