About S-299 Amplifier
- 4.1 Channel Amplifier--The S-299 HiFi Audio Amplifier can be connected with four 4-8 O 40W passive speakers, the rated power is 40Wx4, peak power up to 800W. 4.1 channel amplifier, the S-299 amplifier can contact an active SUB subwoofer and four passive speakers, and the active subwoofer has no power limit.

Bluetooth Connection Operation
- This S-299 power amplifier Bluetooth receiver can support all Bluetooth music devices to play and connect. The operation is as follows:
- 1. Find the audio INPUT selection function (INPUT or MODE) on the power amplifier, and then press the MODE or INPUT selection button, select to the Bluetooth play state (if power amplifier with display screen,Bluetooth status display (BLUE) ,or the power amplifier without display screen will have English voice prompt Bluetooth, the indicator light is in flash state when switching to Bluetooth).
- 2. About smartphone Bluetooth connection operation:
- Step 1: Go into the Settings app from the main menu(Set up), look for Bluetooth in your settings and tap it. Each phone operating systems may vary so if you're unable to find your Bluetooth setting,please see in More Setting Options. Swipe the Bluetooth switch to your right to turn on Bluetooth. Then the Bluetooth menu will be shown and swipe the switch with detection function to your right to turn on the Device Detection. Tap the option "Scan for Devices", the name of Bluetooth/BT device will be displayed in the list of available devices and you need to connect it. Once Bluetooth connection is successful, the phone will display the connected/paired notification. If the device doesn't appear in the list of available devices, tap the option "Scan for Devices" repeatedly until the Bluetooth or BT is displayed in the list.
- Step 2: When the connection is successful, turn on the music player on your mobile phone and turn the volume on your phone to the maximum. lf your mobile phone does not have a music player installed, you can download your favorite music player from the Android Market or App Market.
About some Bluetooth connection problems and solutions
1. The phone can not find the Bluetooth name.
A. The Bluetooth function on the power amplifier has not been turned on--Turn on the Bluetooth function on the power amplifier (the Bluetooth light is on and the BLUE/BT indication is displayed)
B. Connected by another Bluetooth device--Turn off the paired and connected Bluetooth device.
C. Search distance, too far from power amplifier--Search power amplifier Bluetooth in close range (search within 1 meter is recommended).
D. The configuration of the mobile phone is too low, the Bluetooth version is too low, or the Bluetooth of the mobile phone itself fails--Change to another mobile phone for testing.
2. The mobile phone Bluetooth has been connected. But there is no sound when playing music.
A. The audio input conversion on the power amplifier failed to switch to the Bluetooth indication mode--Switch the audio input conversion on the power amplifier to the Bluetooth display and indication status.
B. The music volume on the power amplifier is not turned on.--Turn the music volume on the power amplifier to a suitable position for your hearing.
C. The volume on the mobile phone is not turned on--Turn the volume on the handset to the maximum.
D. Compatible problem of player software--Replacing with other music player.
3. The mobile phone Bluetooth has been connected,but playing music is stuttering.
A.Mobile phone is too far away from power amplifier--The best distance for power amplifier to receive mobile phone Bluetooth is within 4 meters.
B.Metal objects within 30 cm of the amplifier shield the signal -- Remove metal objects around the amplifier.
C.Stuttering when playing online songs--Mobile phone signal is bad or WIFI data is weak, close data connection and switch to local song play.
D.insufficient memory or low configuration of the mobile phone--Clean up the memory of the mobile phone or replace the mobile phone with high configuration for playing.
4. The mobile phone Bluetooth has been connected, but there is only one speaker to play music.
A. The BALANCE knob or EQ adjustment on the power amplifier is not adjusted correctly--Turn the power amplifier panel balance knob (BAL or BALANCE) to middle or EQ fader to middle.
B. The speaker on the power amplifier is not connected properly--Reconnect the speaker cables to the left and right channels.
C. The tone function of the playing software on the mobile phone is turned on but set incorrectly--Change the playing software or reinstall it.
