This fan moves an incredible amount of air and it will be LOUD when you plug it into the power supply. There is a 4-pin molex power connector and a 3-pin connector with the speed sensor wire. The 4-pin molex power connects to a power supply and the 3-pin connects to a 3-pin header on your motherboard for speed monitoring. You won't be able to use a fan controller to control the speed of this fan with this version of connector. If you want to use this fan with a fan controller, please purchase the same fan with only the 3-pin connector also available on Amazon.
