The MAG544w3 is a Linux-based set-top box designed for media playback via compatible, user-configured third-party services. It does not support Android applications. No television channels, subscriptions, or content are provided. It offers up to 4K HDR output with AV1/HEVC decoding on compatible displays, delivering sharp visuals when utilized with compatible third-party software and properly licensed content sources. Responsive performance is enabled by the Amlogic S905Y4 chipset, ensuring smooth on-device operation and navigation (performance varies by service, app, or provider). Fast and stable connectivity is provided through Ethernet and dual-band Wi-Fi (2.4GHz/5GHz) for dependable network connections. Network speed and stability are dependent on your router, internet service provider, and service provider. Dolby Digital Plus audio pass-through/output is supported when enabled by the connected TV/audio system and the content or service in use. The package contains the MAG544w3 device, an IR remote control, an HDMI cable, and a power adapter. Service access, if required, necessitates user accounts and a compatible third-party provider obtained separately by the customer. Not all service providers are compatible with this model.
