No. Multiple VLANs are not supported.

Q2: Is it compatible with Mac M3 chip?

Yes. This Thunderbolt Docking Station works with Mac M3 Chip.

Q3: Does it support M2 dual monitors?

It supports 2 monitors with M2 chip. But it only supports mirror mode for 2 monitors with M2 chip(not support extend mode for 2 monitors with M2 chip).
