The drive isn’t recognized on my computer and phone. What should I do?
1. Verify format:Suggest EXFAT. If not, format it(backup data first)
2.First try update drivers. If still not recognized, check Disk Management (Windows) or Disk Utility (Mac) for formatting, or test on another device. Message us if problems continue
Whether the product is compatible with IOS?
The product incompatible with Lightning port iOS devices.
For USB C port iPhone/iPad/Mac,such as iPad Pro, iPhone 15/16/17/ Pro/ Pro Max, etc.
Why does my USB drive show less storage than the advertised capacity when I plug it into my computer?
The advertised flash drive capacity is based on a decimal system (1GB=1000MB=1000000KB), but computer uses a binary system (1GB=1024MB=1048576KB), which results in slightly less available space. This is normal for all storage devices.
Why does the write speed drop off when I write a large files at once?
Large file write speed decline occurs in most SSD, an industry-wide tech constraint, not a product flaw.To maintain speed,write =25% of left capacity per batch.PS: With 1TB left space,transfer under 250GB per time to aviod speed drop
Why does the solid state USB flash drive feel a little warm during use?
The built-in SSD structure generates heat during high-speed data transfer. The zinc alloy casing dissipates heat effectively. After long-term and multiple high-temperature tests, it operates safely within 0°C to 70°C, so the warmth is normal and safe
