Charging is Slow?
1. Ensure single-port power is 35W+. Use the included car charger or a adapter with a single port of 35W+.
2. MagSafe case thickness> 2mm (without metal) or with Metal case may affect fast charging. Remove the case and retry.
3. When the phone is hot or the battery level is above 70%, charging speed may slow down.
Weak magnetic force/Phone falls?
1. If with a Ring/Thick/Uneven/Pop socket/Wallet case, phone case may be misaligned or have insufficient magnetic force. Remove it and retry.
2. Phones do not have built-in magnetic structure. For stability, use an official MagSafe case.
