Yes it is, the first gen vive requirements were anything above a gtx 970 or amd r9 290, and an Intel 4590 or amd 8370, the new vive pro also has the same requirements, so yes the 2060 super can surely run VR

how well would thsi gpu age? becaus i plan on buying it but not for a year or two will it still be decently powerfull then like still hold 120 fps with some gerneral gaiming

it will most likely hold a steady 120 fps on high graphics(4k)  for 3 and a half - 5 years. If you are using RTX probably about 2 1/2 years on 120 fps 4k. Its price will probably half in 1 and a half years and half again in another 1 and a half years, after that its price will probably stay around 100$ for a while.
