Why is my face scrubber weak, it halts with pressure or resistance?
It’s equipped with a pressure sensor when applying too much pressure, it stops spinning to protect your face. That is a big plus for sensitive skin. Please keep the brush flush to the skin, pressing too hard will trigger the sensor to stop spinning.
Can I try to rotate the brush head with external force?
The face scrubber is equipped with sophisticated gear system, it drives brush head spinning, but you can not try to rotate the brush head with external force, or it would damage the gear system.
How to charge the face brush?
Connect the facial brush with an adapter via the charging cable in box. Plug the adapter into socket. The indicator light flashes during charging, and keeps solid on once charging finished. Please seal back well the silicone cap afterwards.
How to turn on the face scrubber?
Long-press ( Press and hold for 2 seconds ) the power button to turn on the electric face scrubber. And then short-press the power button to switch between different intensity types.
How to optimize the performance of pulsation mode?
Pulsation mode is a gentle yet effective mode. Pulsation mode working with silicone brush head could be best solution for twice-per-day facial cleansing routine.
