For a 4X, the waistband is engineered to stay in place without a harsh elastic band, relying instead on the high elastane content to "grip" comfortably. If you are between sizes, the extreme stretch usually allows you to stay at your true size for a smoothing effect.
Care: To preserve the delicate microfiber and the vibrant Oxide pigment, machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Use a mesh laundry bag to prevent the raw edges from snagging on other items. Tumble dry low or air dry. Avoid high heat, which can damage the "stretch-and-snap-back" capability of the fabric.
