Please follow theses steps to finsh the setting: Download FitCloudPro app, turn on Bluetooth, open the app, add device, select P72, confirm pairing, enable notifications.
It doesn't charge up
If the product hasn’t been used for a while, please charge it for 20 minutes. Please align the charging cable with the two charging ports on the back of the watch and allow the magnetic connection. Kindly wait 20 minutes to activate the battery.
What mobile phone models is the watch compatible with?
The device is compatible with Android 8.0 or higher and iOS 9.0 or higher. Please ensure your phone meets these requirements for proper functionality. Thank you!
