“SHIP Mode”
When you receive the pedometer, the screen displays "SHIP", press and hold the Top button to activate it.

How to set the pedometer time?
Find the "SET button" on the back of the pedometer. Press it once to enter the time setting.
Set the "Hour" first, press the Top button (M button) to adjust, then press the "SET button".
Enter the "Seconds" setting, press the top button (M button) to adjust, then press the "SET button".
