Does this come with an I/O Shield?

Yes, it does come with an I/O shield. The motherboard is new. In the box is also a SATA cable in a sealed bag, a very slim instruction manual written in Chinese, and a pin-out diagram for the front panel connectors written in English. There is no supplied driver disc. I found that the Win7 drivers for an Asus Q77 motherboard worked just fine for this Jingsha board.

does it come with cmos motherboard battery?

No it does not, at least mine did not come with one.

What power supply should I buy? because there's so many

Just the regular ATX power supply. You should check that it fits your computer case.
